Our adoption fee is $65. All adult dogs are up to date on vaccinations (Rabies, DHPP, and Bordatella (Kennel Cough)), dewormed, spayed/neutered, microchipped, and have a clean bill of health.

Puppies and kittens will be up to date in their series of boosters, but all future vaccinations are the responsibility of the new owners. Puppies will be spayed/neutered and microchipped before they leave the clinic!

A Pre-Adoption Questionnaire must be completed and sent to us to be considered for adoption. You must have a current or previous vet who can be reached to supply us with a reference as well. Things we look for in a reference: up to date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered, follow ups with any health problems in a timely fashion, etc. Mobile vaccine clinics by themselves do not count as a proper reference!

If for any reason you can not keep an animal adopted from us, we will gladly take it back and find a new home for him/her. You will be refunded the adoption fee if the animal is returned within 10 days of adoption.

Aisa

Aisa is a very sweet girl! She is playful boxer mix. However she is heartworm positive, but this is a treatable disease.  She is in good health otherwise. Please contact Holly Tree Animal Hospital at 288-8908, or stop by to fill out and adoption application.

Bill
